Desktop Support Technician II
Robert Half Technology is looking for an experienced Help Desk/Desktop Support technician to maintain end user hardware and peripherals and provide end user software support, as well as data/voice network support. The ideal candidate will be able to perform both tier I and tier II troubleshooting while logging all incidents in a internal ticketing system. The candidate will also be responsible for updated ticket information and status to ensure a fully documented resolution.

*Requirements:* KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Minimum of 4-5+ years of Desktop Support or Help Desk experience - ­Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows - ­Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 and Microsoft 365 ­- Working knowledge of TCP.P for network connectivity troubleshooting ­- Working knowledge of Active Directory ­- Working knowledge of computer hardware for trouble shooting and hardware installations on both desktop and laptops ­- Ability to trouble shoot and deploy printers ­- Trouble shoot general phone/fax issues - Deployment of new and replacement hardware (Desktops; Laptops; Printers, Displays; Telephony etc.) ­- Knowledge of Symantec Altiris system deployment tools.. Ability to set up (image and deploy) computer systems for new users ­- Provide training on newly installed programs/solutions
